Utility Billing Services

Accurate Utility Management offers two utility billing services packages. You decide if you would like us to collect utility payments for you, or if you would like to collect utility payments with your rent payments.

Full Service Collection Service:

• All utility invoices are mailed directly to the resident with a return envelope and remittance slip payable to Accurate Utility Management.
• We do all collections, banking and reporting.
• Monthly reports are sent to your property at the end of each month.
• Reimbursement check is delivered along with your report package.

On Site Collection Service:

• All utility invoices are mailed directly to the resident.
• Resident pays Management when paying their rent.
• Billing Summary reports are mailed to Management for on-site collection.
• Our billing fees are invoiced to the Management.

2. Fill out the property set up form choosing your billing parameters.
3. Notify your residents, we can help draft a letter specific to your property.
4. Provide us the initial information, utility bills, rent roll, address lists, etc.
5. Billing begins and we just need to know when a resident moves in or out!
